We **deliver exclusively within India**. We partner with leading domestic courier agencies to service pincodes across all Indian states and Union Territories. We do not provide international shipping.

2.Order Dispatch & Processing

As standard policy, all orders are processed and prepared for shipping within **1 to 2 business days** (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after we receive full payment confirmation through our website.

3. Expected Delivery Timelines

Delivery Timeline: 7 to 15 Working Days

Depending on your physical location in India, orders are delivered between **7 to 15 working days** from the dispatch date. Deliveries to remote locations, northeastern states, or during peak festival seasons may experience minor extensions.

4. Flat Shipping Fees

To provide transparency and maintain top packaging quality, we apply a standard **flat shipping charge of ₹50 per product** inside the shopping cart.

The final delivery charge increases proportionally with your total items (e.g. ₹50 for 1 saree, ₹100 for 2 sarees, etc.). Shipping rates are added dynamically to your bag total prior to opening the Razorpay window.

5.Tracking Guidelines & SMS Alerts

Once your package is handed over to the courier partner:

  • A unique shipment tracking number and tracking portal link will be generated.
  • Tracking details will be shared directly with you via **SMS** or **WhatsApp** using the mobile number provided at checkout.

6.Courier Delays & Incidents

While we partner with top-tier courier services to ensure prompt delivery, we are **not legally responsible or liable** for any delivery delays arising from:

  • Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Local lockdowns, strikes, or regional transport blockages.
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unserviceable address logs submitted during payment checkout.
